The process described below is related to the development of custom software solutions. This process will vary from solution to solution. Please contact us for more information regarding the process for a particular project.
The process begins with you requesting a free consultation. We will then begin preparing a quote for you. Depending on the project we might meet to discuss project requirements. After it is clear exactly what you want we will provide you with a quote. After you agree on the quote the real work begins.
We start developing/implementing your solution. We work according to a timeline that we will have laid out with you, meeting with you regularly to show and discuss the progress. When the project is far enough along you will begin receiving releases. You are involved with this process to the extent required by the type of project it is and how much you want to be involved with it.
Through this process we will work with our partner business NikaInk. NikaInk specializes in graphics design, and through this partnership we are able to offer our clients custom artwork for their project at no additional cost. Not only will NikaInk provide artwork, but they will also be involved with the layout of your application. Their involvement insures that your application will have a professional look, be pleasing to the eyes, and have an intuitive feel to it.
After development/implementation is complete there will be a testing period. This period typically runs from 1 week to 2 months depending on the project and our agreement. During this period if any issues or bugs are found, you can contact us and we will release an update usually within 48 hours.
After it is agreed that the product meets the requirements there will be a period where we offer support and more updates if necessary. This period is typically a year, but can vary form project to project.
We will also aid you in installation or distribution of the product as necessary. Also should training be necessary to use the product we would provide it.
